Arne van de Wijdeven

Arne van de Wijdeven started his career at Philips in 1996 where he headed the environmental and
sustainability programs with significant reductions in energy and water consumptions and emissions of hazardous substances

He became business excellence consultant for sector Lighting where under his supervision internal and external quality awards were rewarded.

Arne graduated as Master of Science at the Technical University in Eindhoven with his project into reducing warranty costs while improving customer relationship management

In 2008 Arne joined Philips Global Marketing and Communications as Director Customer Experience. In this role he runs several projects to support the Philips drive to become more customer centric and to improve the customer experience with Philips. Next to this current main projects are focusing on leveraging promoters by online references and on social media mining.
