Dr. Hüseyin Güngör is the founder of Emotionalloyalty, a Netherlands based consultancy firm that designs and implements Customer Experience Management strategies.
He is a jury member of National Contact Center Awards (NCCA) of Netherlands, a judge in contact center world awards, and a retail banking advisor to European Financial Marketing Association (EFMA).
He is the author of Emotional Satisfaction of Customer Contacts and various articles about customer relations that have been published in 5 languages. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in International Relations and a PhD degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
Since early 1990s, he held numerous positions at treasury, operations, investment and retail divisions of multinational banks, such as Demirbank (acquired by HSBC), and also worked as a marketing manager for Philips.
Throughout his professional engagements in over 20 countries he is involved with many projects and worked with consulting firms like Coopers & Lybrand (PWC of today) and McKinsey & Co.
Prior to Emotionalloyalty he worked as the head of savings accounts & call center for a Dutch bank and also lectured Marketing & CRM. His teaching activities continue as a visiting lecturer in various business schools.
