A higher digital & multi-channel marketing knowledge level for NS
NS (Main railway company in the Netherlands) was faced with the challenge of increasing the level of knowledge of employees in the field of digital & multichannel marketing. To improve the effectiveness and customer satisfaction of their online strategy.
Objective of in-company training
Together we took up this challenge by designing an in-company program. The objective was to further develop employees into real discussion partners in the digital marketing field so that they can take an even more pro-active role. Employees would learn to oversee the impact of a plan for all channels and the added value that other channels can contribute to the desired result.
The employees got to work with a tailor-made blended learning solution, which consisted of e-learning and several classroom meetings. The process was designed for both B2C and B2B, with intensive guidance and the writing of concrete action plans to directly apply the knowledge in practice.
The returns of this in-company project:
- Higher productivity of the participants
- Concrete advice and tips: Participants received useful advice and tips from teachers, coaches and colleagues for the projects they worked on during training.
- Four action plans consisting of a plan of action, project planning and a business case.
- Improved mutual cooperation due to close cooperation with working on the action plans.
