Bob is the founder of the Creativity Club. Since 2019, he has been helping organisations such as KPN, Postcode Lottery and Visma to activate and develop collective creativity. He also teaches creativity, innovation and Design Thinking at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. Bob has a background in sales and marketing innovation and is trained in Design Thinking by IDEO (Stanford University).
In 2025, Bob was voted Teacher of the Year in the category Customer Experience, Data, Leadership & Change.
