Beeckestijn Business School respects the privacy of its clients and their data. You retain all rights to the information you provide to us. User data provided to Beeckestijn Business School is stored in a personalised and secure location. We will not sell, rent out or use your data for purposes other than those stated in this privacy statement.

Beeckestijn Business School collects the email addresses, company information and certain personal information (name, company name, email address, telephone number) of those who interact with us, such as sending an email or filling in a form on the website. We will keep your information as long as there is any interaction between you or your organisation and Beeckestijn Business School. However, if there has been no interaction in any way for a subsequent period of 3 years, we will destroy your personal information, with the exception of information that is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, settle disputes and enforce our agreements.  

Once you have applied to us and submitted your CV, we will delete your details no later than 4 weeks after the end of the application process. If we wish to keep your details for a longer period of time, e.g. for a future vacancy, we will ask you for your consent. 


As described in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights which we will enforce upon your request free of charge and within 30 days.
